Good work to everyone for making it as far as we could. But it wasn't enough once again. To all those teams who didn't make it don't think it's the end. I'm not giving up on mine and you shouldn't either. It's time to take things into our own hands if it's not cutting out for us.

Good luck to those making it through and to every team from our Toyama-- I hope you crush the competition.

Hanamiya-kun... I have an idea and I know it might be crazy that I want to roll with it so soon but I just can't sit still while games are still being played. I know you and the rest of the team no doubt feels the same way.

Midorin... I have a proposition for you and your team. Though I suppose we should ask our coaches too but... no reason we can't get the ball rolling ourselves.

[ooc: Momoi is going to set up a series of training/friendly matches with DMDU and any other teams that don't make it and want to use the time to practice. Since they were just going to play if they continued to win anyway there's no use in wallowing over it when the competition is free to practice too!]

I know what you mean though. I'm still a bit torn on leaving and not getting that data I wanted but it just wouldn't feel the same unless I was facing them myself.

That is very true. The feeling of loss really does that to you, it pushes you harder. I wouldn't be surprised if the currently winning team goes to the bottom of the pit and those who lost comes out on top on the next year's tournaments.

I must say it's a strange feeling being on an underdog team all of a sudden. But I don't mind the odds either just like you said. It's quite exciting.

It certainly is though I haven't been on that side of a match in quite a while. I have been on the receiving end enough to appreciate that effort though.
